Check-in/Check-out

Check-in at the apart-hotel starts from 15:00.
Check-out from the apart-hotel is until 12:00.
You can enjoy late check-out until 18:00 or early check-in from 03:00.
The cost of this service is 50% of the daily rate.

House Rules

We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors and observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments.
The fee for additional anti-tobacco cleaning is 8,000 rubles.
We ask you not to leave trash in corridors or common areas.
On every floor (except for the tenth), there is a special waste disposal room with waste sorting, located near the elevator halls in sections A, E, D.
